Dental West is sensitive to balancing the needs of patients and financing their dental treatment. We feel that there are 2 components to this:
- Establish treatment plan options for treatment that afford a patient a less expensive option with an acceptable result.
- Finding a payment option which suits a the patient’s financial objectives
Payment Options
A variety of payment programs are available to make your care affordable. Our offices accept a variety of payment options:
- Cash
- Personal checks
- Major credit card
- Care Credit
Dental Insurance
At Dental West we welcome dental insurance. We will be happy to answer all of your questions, call your insurance provider and do a complimentary insurance benefit verification. Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. However, because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
